Q: What are the benefits of wearing lash extensions?​

A: It helps enhance your natural lash look, adds volume and fullness to your lashes, water resistance, time savings, weightless, and no need to apply mascara.

Q: What style should I do? This is my first time.​

A: Do you desire a natural look or a fuller look? If this is your very first time we recommend going for something more natural like a Classic, Hybrid or Light Volume.

 

Q: Do lash extensions hurt? 

A: Not at all! If applied correctly, the lash extensions shouldn’t hurt. Most clients fall asleep during their services. Lash extensions should be applied 1 to 2 mm away from the natural lashes. If you experience any discomfort during your service, inform your tech immediately.

Q: How long does it take for each set? 

A: Each set is different and application timing depends on the speed of the tech and the style that is being created. A full set can take between 1 and a half to 3 hours depending on the style. Refills can take between 1 to 2 hours depending on the fallout.

 

Q: How long will lash extensions last?  

A: Depending on how you take care of it and your skin type. Some people shed faster than others because they have oily skin or other medical problems.

To avoid any gaps be sure to rebook every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain a fresh and full look.

 

Q: Can I wear mascara? 

A: Yes, but only on a Classic Set. It must be non-waterproof mascara. Apply from midshaft to the ends, not on the base of the lash extension where the glue resides.

 

Q: Can lash extensions get wet? 

A: Yes, they can. We recommend getting them wet with water every day, but also deep clean them with a Lash Shampoo to get all the build-up, oil, and debris out. Do this every two to three times a week or whenever you wear makeup around the eye area.

Q. What are the difference between a classic set and volume set?​

A: Classic lash extension is a procedure where a single eyelash extension is adhered to each natural lash. Classic extensions enhance your lashes giving you extra length and curl. Volume lashes are a meticulous procedure where multiple light weight eyelash extensions are adhered to each natural lash. This style gives you more coverage and density.

Q: How long does it last?​

A: Typically 4-6 weeks depending on the client's natural lash cycle. Each person's lash growth cycle is variable.
