Policies

We asked that each client arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Please be sure that your eyes and lashes are clean and makeup free. Any extra time spent cleaning your lashes will be taken away from your lash servicing time. Appointments that are considered late arrivals after 15 minutes will be cancelled and deposits will be kept as a cancellation fee. In the case where a deposit is absent, clients will be responsible for a cancellation fee based off of 50% of the service that was cancelled. If services are shortened due to late arrivals, clients will still be charged for the full cost of the service.

Cancellations & No Shows

Any appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment day, cancellation fee of 50% of the services cancelled will be charged. If a no-show occurs, clients will be charged 100% of the service scheduled as a cancellation fee. A credit card deposit for all new clients or appointments over $50 will be required at the time of booking. This is to protect your appointment time slot, as well as protecting our time as appointments are booked quickly. In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time, and give you our full and undivided attention, with the best lash work Chelmsford has to offer!

No Foreign Fills

We will not accept refills from lash work done by lash artists outside of Divine Lash Bar. Clients will need to book a lash removal and a new full set each in two separate appointment dates. As a lash artist, the only way we can do our best work is on a clean canvas. We take great pride in the quality of our work and our reputation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Refunds

Clients are paying for the artist time, product, and other expenses used to render the service. No refunds will be given for ANY reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with our services, you may contact us within 72 hours of your initial appointment time to discuss your concerns. If a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up, if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or failure to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.

After Hours Appointments

After hours appointments can be made available on a case by case basis for an additional $25 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after hours appointment.
